Brothers & Sisters,
We’re not out of the woods yet just because America has elected our first African American President. Throughout this country our people are sitting in their lazy seats and have stopped believing in the struggle.  Were thinking that everything will come our way because we have a black man in the white house. 

If there was ever a time that we must hit the pavement running is now.  Now is the time that we must get more involved in the struggle.  Now is the time that we must make sure that America counts us and that wren not placed in the dark woods off our society and told that we don’t count.  Now is the time that we must run for political offices. We must apply for jobs at our colleges and universities.  Now is the time that we must tell the federal government that black businesses in America should receive the same rights that white America has.  We can’t set back and loose all that our forefathers have done for us.  Through there smuggle we have a black president; through their struggle we have black leaders in our top fifty companies.  We can't set back and let all their struggles for go unnoticed.   Many of them were not able to vote for our president, many of them have gone to their graves.  But because of their struggles we are now enjoying what they fought and died for.   It will be a shame to allow this society to take us back to the fifties just because they caught us relaxing at a time when we should be fighting. 
The bible tells us, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but spiritual wickedness in high places”.  The enemy is setting behind cooperate doors, wearing fancy suites, and hiding their hands.  We must continue to stand and say, “With God we can do all things”.  We must say, “Greater is he that is in us, then he that is in the world.”  We must stay in the struggle so that our children can have the same opportunity that our parents and grandparents gave us.

Time is running out on us telling out children that they will become professional sports figures and that will be there way out.  One out of every million have that opportunity.  We must continue to tell our children to get an education, open your own businesses and be your own boss.  We must tell our children that they are somebody and with God they can do all they strive to do. 

Will you that read this web page join me as we continue to fight a good fight and place God as the center of our life?  The God that formed and shaped the heavens and the earth is our only hope.  If you truly want to keep hope alive, you will keep God first.
